Date: Pregnancy Education Week:  15 - 21 February 2010

The Gift of Knowledge

Medi-Clinic Southern Africa realises that it may be much easier to have a baby today as expectant and new mothers have access to a vast array of products, information and technology to make their lives easier. One of the tools at their disposal is the Medi-Twinkle Parenting Programme.

It is very important for any first-time mom to have peace of mind regarding her choices -   which will affect herself, her unborn child and her family. By electing one person to trust she can minimise information overload, and who better than an expert childbirth educator who is a specially-trained nursing practitioner? This is one of the ways in which the Medi-Twinkle Parenting Programme offers support to its members.

Join one of the Medi-Twinkle courses to learn about pregnancy, birth and parenting:
·       Conventional courses:          One night per week over a 4 – 6 week period
·       Condensed Saturday class:  Full day
·       Parenting Weekends:           Combine a comprehensive course with the

convenience of a luxury weekend getaway.

The Medi-Twinkle antenatal courses cover the topics such as:
·       Childbirth options
·       Pain relief
·       General babycare
·       Breastfeeding

You will receive many gifts while you wait for your baby and particularly once he or she is born. However, the most precious and lasting one is the Gift of Knowledge. Claim yours now by attending our Pregnancy Education Week activities.
